When we refund
If a resource does not work as described and our team cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you.
Duplicate purchases of the same resource on the same account are refunded on request.
When we don't
Change of mind after delivery, incompatibility with third-party modifications not listed as supported, or missing requirements stated on the product page.
How to ask
Open a ticket on Discord or write to [email protected] with your Tebex transaction ID. Approved refunds are issued by Tebex to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first revokes the licence and the Cfx.re grant for the resource.
