These terms apply to every purchase of digital resources made through this website, operated by [Company name / owner], [address], [VAT number].
Who sells to you
All payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. By completing checkout you also accept the Tebex checkout terms shown during payment.
We license the resources to Tebex, which resells them to you. Taxes are calculated and collected by Tebex according to your country.
What you buy
You buy a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource on FiveM servers linked to the Cfx.re account used at checkout.
Resources are protected by Cfx.re asset escrow. Redistributing, reselling or leaking them is forbidden and terminates the licence.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment the resource is granted to your Cfx.re account and becomes available on portal.cfx.re.
Withdrawal
By requesting immediate delivery of digital content you expressly agree that the withdrawal period ends once delivery starts, as allowed by EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m). See the refund policy for exceptions.

Support is provided on Discord (https://discord.gg/VC5QEhTAtQ) and by email ([email protected]). Updates are free for the lifetime of the product.
